Thank you for shopping with PhoneZilla. We strive to deliver your order in a safe, timely, and cost‑effective manner. This Shipping Policy explains how we ship, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and what to do if there is any issue with your shipment.

1. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
  • Some remote or restricted areas may have delayed delivery or additional charges. If your shipping address is in such an area, we will notify you at the time of order confirmation.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1‑2 business days after payment is confirmed and stock availability is verified.
  • If there is any delay due to inventory checks or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery generally takes 3‑7 business days for most metro and urban areas.
  • For remote or rural locations, delivery might take up to 10‑12 business days depending on the courier partner and local logistics.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on the product dimensions, weight, and destination pin code.
  • For many orders above a certain amount (on case to case basis), shipping may be free—this will be shown on checkout if applicable.

5. Courier Partners

We partner with reputed courier and logistics service providers to ensure your order reaches safely. Some couriers we work with include (but are not limited to):

  • Delhivery
  • Amazon Shipping
  • Ekart
  • India Post

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email (or SMS) with the tracking number and courier details.
  • You can track your shipment via the courier’s website or through the tracking link provided.

7. Delivery Attempts & Redelivery

  • The courier will make at least two attempts to deliver at your address. If delivery fails due to absence or address issues:
  • You may be contacted by our support team or the courier to arrange a second delivery attempt.
  • Additional charges may apply for redelivery in certain cases, depending on the courier policy.

8. Damages, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any damage, defect, or discrepancy (wrong item, missing items), please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, videos or relevant evidence.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate after verification.

9. Cancellation Before Shipping

  • If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. Once the order is in transit, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

10. International Shipping

At present, PhoneZilla does not support international shipping outside India. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact our customer support and we will see if special arrangements can be made.
