Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview
PhoneZilla is committed to your satisfaction. If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may be eligible for a return, replacement or refund under this policy.
2. Return / Refund Window
- You ("buyer") must report any issue (defect / damage / wrong product) within 24 hours of receiving the item to initiate a Return or refund claim.
- Return or refund requests must be confirmed from the buyer side within 2 days from the date of delivery.
3. Eligibility Criteria
- The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals & tags.
- Seals (if any) should be intact.
- The product should not be used beyond inspection.
- You must provide your proof of purchase / order invoice.
4. Non‑Eligible Situations
- The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling or any accident after delivery.
- Seals, tags or original packaging have been removed or tampered (unless already agreed).
- The item has been used beyond verifying the defect.
- You simply change your mind without a valid issue.
5. How to Initiate a Return / Refund

- Provide your order number, and clear photos/videos showing the issue (including packaging if damaged).
- We will evaluate your request; once approved, we’ll arrange pickup of the product (at no extra cost, where possible).
6. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the issue. If the issue meets the eligibility criteria, we will approve your request. If not, we may reject the request and return the item to you.
7. Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be provided in cases of manufacturing defect, wrong delivery, or damage during transit.
- The replacement will be dispatched once the returned item passes inspection.
- Time for replacement dispatch: typically 5–7 business days after approval.
8. Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
- Typically, refunds take 5–7 business days to process after we approve the claim.
- Note: the actual time to appear in your bank / payment account may vary depending on your payment provider.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled only if the product has not yet been shipped.
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@phonezilla.in.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
